50’s Blue Sweetheart Rosette Neckline Chiffon Dress gathered bust This vintage 1990s tunic isMeasures 32" through the bust, 22" at the waist, full through the hips and length is 41". Length from top of shoulder to waist seam is 14 to 16" depending how you tie the straps. Length from top of bodice to waist is 11". Has boned bodice, adjustable strap, fitted waist, full skirt and metal back zipper. Fabric is nylon chiffon over a taffeta layer. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True color is light blue. **A note on
