Elastic waistband in good stretching order. No pillow tab, no shadow panel. Lovely wide lace hem and lace trimmed vent in back. Appliqued lace too. CONDITION? Flawless. Measurements Stated size is small but it runs more like a medium. waist 23 30", 35" max butit would be tight hip to 38" length 24"
