Toasted Coconut Flakes, 1kg Baking Utensils nutmeg and paprikaToasted coconut flakes are an instant topping for tropical desserts. Simply sprinkle over a lime cheesecake, mango sorbet or chocolate mousse. Add coconut flakes to flapjacks and tray bakes, cookies and breakfast cereals. Toasted coconut flakes are also a great addition to curries and even salads. The toasted coconut flakes have a nuttier flavour and slightly crispier texture than untoasted flakes.
