Description

Lovers of Jurançon

from a bit under 20

True to form

and a sandy soil note

Thomas Bouley Bourghogne Aligote 2021 chinato Lovers of JurançonSurprisingly rich textured Aligote, with a strong cara cara orange note, lemons and floral accents cutting through on the nose. The palate suggests lees stirring, and leaves behind a satisfying citrusy finish with a salt rim. This is top notch Aligote that drinks like top notch Puligny Montrachet.
