We are a value-based organization where talent management forms a key part of our mode of operation. We nurture skills and encourage employee potential through individual growth and development plans and extending rewards and recognition for exemplary performance. We offer a healthy and competitive work environment for fresh engineering students and give them a growth path with industry standard technical trainings. The freshers are then absorbed within our organization at different verticals.
We are an equal-opportunity employer. We strongly believe in inclusivity and diversity and stand against any discrimination. Hence each employee of our diverse workforce is empowered to follow their dream and share anonymous feedback for organizational improvement.
I have had a wonderful journey with Resilience infotech for the last 3 years. I feel that I am in the right place where a company gives you support to grow and helps me overcome any obstacles. I am glad that my journey is from start up to scale up of my beloved organization. The biggest skill which I learnt here is confidence and approaching skills to get the work done. Thanks to Resilience infotech management for this opportunity and the confidence on my role.
I have recommended working here to many friends and definitely would so in future, because this is the organization that most resembles my personal values. I love the progressive, I love the fact that it’s forward thinking and it moves quickly . A HR actually recommended me to work here five years ago. I remember feeling positive that the organization had taken a chance on me, because although I had lots of work experience at testing level, this was the first time I’d done a Project Manager role. I remember hoping that I fit in well with the team. I also remember that I was the 2nd employee of this organization. Training was well structured, intensive and personal and I am very happy that I got a chance twice to visit the client place( THE GARAGEIN, Florida, USA).
Resilience is a great place to work. The culture is transparent. Every employee, irrespective of their position is given a chance to be heard, and there are ample opportunities available to those who want to build a career here. It is a young organization with a contemporary approach. I always had opportunities and challenges beyond my current role which helped me prove myself and achieve greater heights. Team members are great and it feels more like a second home. I remember joining Resilience way back in 2017 as a Project manager and now I lead the Delivery.
It’s hard to believe that it has been 4 years with Resilience Infotech. When I joined, we were a small company and how we have grown now. I was not sure about many things like, job security etc. at the time of joining, but sometimes we have to take risks in life and I made the right decision.
Thanks to that decision, today I stand in a good leadership role in the organization. I joined as POD lead for the development team and today am a technical lead for Data Science. In my 10 years of work experience, I have seen that many organizations do not motivate their employees or always give them negative feedback, but here we work as a team and we are very friendly, supportive, motivating, understand the situation and also think of employees’ benefits.
I have been with Resilience Infotech for the last 3+ years and have had a great time. Resilience Infotech is a great place to work.
In 2017 I joined as a Software Engineer with 1.5 years of experience. The welcome was really nice and I also remember professional training was well structured.
I remember feeling positive that the organization had taken a chance on me. The Work environment and culture is good and the teammates are supportive
After I joined here, I have learnt a lot of things. I took the initiative to optimize the code and process, which was a really good experience and I successfully reduced the task duration from 36 hours to 8 hours.
Being part of the R&D team, I feel really great. Team is comprised of senior leaders who have proven experience and it gives me a place to learn the skills and patterns which I am not aware of. Lot of leadership qualities I did learn at Resilience and am in a continuous learning mode which keeps me motivated in building my long-term career. Everybody in the team is dedicated and committed to work. We work as a team and have a good team spirit. Be it the HR team, Infrastructure or Finance team everybody is committed and bring in lot of values to the company. If someone is looking for growing heights in their career, I would say Resilience is a good choice.
I completed 3 years in this organization, and not only have I grown as a professional but also as an individual. After a 3-year career gap, I restarted my career in Resilience and the warm and friendly welcoming team made me feel comfortable. In the next couple of days, I realized I belonged to a super-talented team. From there on the journey started under the guidance of my manager. In the last few years, I’ve made good friends and have met charismatic leaders. I consider myself fortunate enough to have encountered such talented, inspiring, and enthusiastic leaders, whom I’ve always found committed to excellence.
